i think i did

hmmmm....I did a 60 plate zafira with the ali box on v3 a while back with the same ecu in it was ok,
I flashed it loads of times with a trying a few things because of DPF problems and axis changes on some of the maps, it even recovered it when writing was interupted by someone knocking the cable during it jumping in the car.
You using windows 7?

Windows7 is not the best solution for MPPS. Try to write it again with slow speed (recovery mode), it should work.

I failed one time when writing procent (same engine, same ecu) was at 79. After error i turned ignition off>ignition on> set slow speed and it start to re-write without problem.

Hi,
You have full flash.
For CD1251CAN or BDM.
CMD has a recovery function.

I said... try to write using edc16c9 protocol.
If you do not succeed try with a magpro (v.4.2 clone it's good).

Hi,
Magpro and MPPS in CDTI, do not write whole files.
only area maps.
You need to write the whole map.

Z would only need to write the whole map if he was removing DPF..with BDM. You get any further forward?

Time ago I have same problem on Zafira but 16V, I read perfect but no way to write and I was trying for very long time until the power supply drop under 12V and then magic write prefectly. Later when car run for an hour and refil the batery I try to rewrite again because of non solved problem (DPF removing)and no way to write .... so I leave the lights on and try to write when batery was under 12V and write without any problem. I know it is not logical but works for me :)

Is not necessary to write whole file to disable DPF...
