Hi
Mercedes W202 with ESZ problem. There is CPU1 damage.
Anybody know from where I can buy MCU Motorola MC68HC05X32 1D69J or 0D69J?

Any Mercedes A-Class will use the same chips, they only use OD69J and 1D69J, and it wont be that expensive for a used immo box so you can rob the chip out of it, Saab is another option

u can duplicate the dump from cpu2 to cpu1.

I think this will not work.
Anyway I will ask for dump, or I will make one.
Now all that I need is a well MCU.

Another question dear M8s, if i find 259J is well to replace from 1D69J??????????

motorola 05 have programable only eeprom. rom (not flash) is not programable. you don`t buy new blank motorola. only from other ezs can work. motorola from other devices (airbag, dash etc) have different rom, and dont work in ezs

well yeh thats true but he didnt say flash was damaged so i presumed eeprom was the problem but now i read again i think the whole chip is not readable so he has no backup so yeh in that case its going to be a problem. Damn i am shocker for not reading things properly, lol

dp3 can do it this if i read whith dp3 and i put restore the dump work ok too???

Despite I have used ETL I can not write some damage microcontroller (1D69J or 0D69J) each time was CPU1 damage. I meet this at 3 different ESZ W210 and W202.

I can not write these MCUs damages by ETL. And every body say even I got others MCUs this is not possible.

The question is: Can I recover these MCUs by Xprog?

But unfortunately my Xprog is not writing HC 05, (my xprog has blue PCB)

what device you use to read this motorola?

Anyone managed to read and write a flash file from these mcus ??!

I got new mcus but ETL , or Orange won't read and write flash .........

Is not possible to write rom in this HC05 , only is possible to write eeprom.

Hi I confirm your analysis, I just did a test with a 1D69J from another EZS it's not the same Flash It is therefore possible to read EEprom and write it, I can read the flash but I can't write it with Oragnge5 So I'm going to buy a used EZS of the same reference because the one I used is a W210 and my EZS and W220 Here is not to be had Good luck
