I need help with repair Star c3.

I changed TIP42 and other voltage chips - same result.
When I connect to car - das write voltage 1.1V
What is the problem with?

KL30=1.1V or KL15=1.1V ?

In DAS - 1,1V in car (w211). in fact - 12,7

In Caesar test -
D2 Power Battery ... Voltage KL30 = 12.2 V
D2 Power Ignition ... Voltage KL15 = 00.3 V

What version DAS? Try to reinstall DAS.

You have D3 or D4 pcb? check bcp56

I think a problem the software - no hardware. Selftest OK.

No - It's a real Mux problem.
I checked on some PC. Other mux working fine with all pc. This not work.
