VW JETTA 2008 / 1.9TDI

Hi, maybe somebody have got the same problem,

VW JETTA 1.9TDI from 2008
ECU : 03G906016JK - 0281012612 EDC16U1 / BKC ENGINE

Problem : in 95% the engine dont start, sometimes engine start. --> in attachment 2 pictures

symptoms :
* put ignition ON, when the yellow lights ASR (esp) and TIRE pressure warning are ON, then engine NOT start
also the yellow ENGINE symbol does not light up at all.
this happen in 95% of the cases / "NOT START" picture

this happen in 5% of the cases / "START" picture

any idea ?

allmost edc16u1 from year 2005 it have some prb,try to replace 29bl802 and recalculate crc

if I copy-paste complete data from old 29bl802 to new 29bl802, will this be enough ?

i think u need to check ur engine management relay bro

if thats fine ecu is 99% fcuked

just swap eeprom to same type ecu or jus bdm it over

Thanks I checked main relay, and wiring this OK.

If I freeze the ecu good every start, if hot not work :(

Your central Gateway is damage (under sterling wheel)
also check the voltage in ECU, if it 18v(engin is ON), then generator is damage , and the Gateway is directly blocket

check with VCDS, when the car will start, its not have errors
and when will NOT start, have errors?
and which is it ?

Sorry, a last question or more.. :D

How to copy-paste software? This possible galetto 1260 tuning cable or vag k+can 2.5? If I change (soldering), bought used ecu immo-eprom to old ecu eeprom this enough?
