Can't access CAT SIS 2009 engine performance data

I have Cat SIS 2009B on my computer but I cannot access all data. I'm specially interested in getting access to Engine Performance Specifications information. Does access depend upon the type of license or level used to install the software?

My SIS 2004 gives me access to performance data but I need to access the newer engines.

i have the same problem. used it a lot on 2006 ver. have looked all over sis for it and find it nowhere. going to put 06 back on another computer so i have it again
