I was online and saw bendix had a newer bendix than the 6.3 I had so here is the link to it, download and install it.

this link just bypasses bendix getting your info before you download it.

I am using DPA adapter and I can connect without any probelms, however it is easier to connect if you know what model of bendix ecu you are trying to connect with eg ec30, ec60 etc.

go to your settings and make sure you are on j1708 not j1939
