Most vans you can set the speed limiter with diagnostic equipment. I have set them on a few VW transporters and I got someone to set one on a iveco for me.

As i thought, you cannot do it via maps, i mean i could do it but by limiting the revs not the top speed.

BMW do have that option in the flash maps, but i just wanted to know for all the other vehicles.

Some vehicles it can be done with the eeprom in the ecu. for example a VW EDC16 the speed limiter is store in the 95320 eeprom at addresses 0x48E and 0x4CE. Decide how fast you want to set the limiter the x100 and convert to hex and this is the value you put it. 121km/h 12100> 2F44

Can also be done on maps. Google Vmax or join a tuner forum.

This Eco drive is sometimes dramatic generates a lot of faults.
The throttle pedal voltage is limited at a certain speed or revs.
Removed a lot of these things and set the limiter with diag.
