no, nothing on max, i have VAG106 interface but i can't install him with vetrual com port :(

Take the back off the dash and check the bottom righthand corner to see if there are 5 holes. If there is the hole on the right is BKGD and the hole 2nd from the right is RESET. Power the dash up through the connector and connect GND wire from the programmer to the gnd from the power supply.

You wrote ok,you are right, but he has probably hc08 this method not work,

laguna has 2 diferent dash, one of them has hc08 and second of them has hc912

BKGD = B3
RESET = B5

Make sure dash has a HC912 MCU and not a HC908.

Yes HC908, ok for BKGD on 0017 adapter :)

Exactly, this is this soft, I have 4.8 but use 4.0 for this dash

Hi all, a was open today this cluster and i found a MC9S12H256CFV with 2K78X mask, can't found connection chematic in xprog doc... And don't have holes for BKGD and RES in backside...

Yes, did with clone, but be careful, when you read the mcu read it few times and compare the result before write eprom data.

Its normaly marked MC912DG128ACPV-3K91D, but... on the top of this numbers, another mark X73HG V6.31 FP 1202591 01/309. what is that?

Mask K91D - MC69HC912DG128 is tha main info, the rest must bi SN, firmware version or something like this. To wotk it's the same method like me, smokey08 explain this in 1st page of this thred
