Hi having problem with daughters phone, not holding a charge, brought a new genuine battery charged it as stated but still only lasting a day.

Can any one help :)

I have done a search regarding this phone and it says to turn off the 3g, to gsm but no GSM shown??

Any clues ( step by step guide please :) )

haye you tried a full reset??

Try this..turn of bluetooth, turn screen brightness to 50%..
Then when on the home screen press the volume button and scroll down to see the battery charge..if at 100 leave the phone for a day and see the status again the next day..

Hi i would just like to say thank you for taking time in replying to my problem, after loads of emails to :guns: sony and phone calls, they finally sent over an update for her phone that seems (fingers crossed) to have worked :)
