bmw 320d file help

can any 1 convert this file for me so i can write it back on to my car with kess v2 my kess just reads it with no file extension and wont allow me to put it back on like this can any 1 tell me y this is the case. ive has to zip it to post

if the kess reads it, it should write.

no it has to be codified by a master thats y i couldnt do it
