i tryed in circuit reading and desolder it but always error on PTQ PIN

ECU MOTOR IS HYBRID

i try also withe GOLD OPEL SOFT fond on DK withe clone GALETO, no successe error message:

"Accesse violation on adress 00x00023"
to day i'll try withe another soft: Ecu_prog and i'll report
