Post your file in html format.
The file that was created by ET, rar it and post. In this way you will get help quickly.

Try these:
Factory Password #1 5HVTDX2RWD

Factory Password #2 CJAC8M%WT3

If these keys do not work post your request in this same format.
I know it works with ET2010B but I am not sure if works with 2011.

They change everytime you make changes to ECM. You will need new password should you wish to make any other changes.
