thinking of getting a blade 7000 i have a dm500 but the 7000 sounds good value for money but do i have to format it and put a image on like the dm box or just put the latest patch in and then my c .... ?

The latter just patch and add your C's, Great box from all accounts the same as the TM5402HD. Just curious why go from a Linux open source box and step backwards to a HD closed source box i would have thought a DM800 or SE would have been your next step up in the HD world

was thinking of getting a dm800se as ive been told that is the best one out of the dm800s but its getting it from a good supplier

i got blade about month ago, use is on motor dish easy setup great box simple to use and patch, iv found that the none hd channels are slighty better quality than my clone 800hd, but mayb thats jus me,:party:
both boxs are great
