I have a question for those who have encountered this problem am curious if they have solved somehow.it is about the transistor ,driver coil of the ECU Z16XE,SE,or Z18SE on Opel cars.someone managed to install another type of transistor instead of the original? if yes what type? I tried a NPN Darlington and an 20CL36 none worked .what else might work? I'm talking about the transistor mark with red in attached photo

Thanks for response Bu941z is NPN Darlington also I tried not work. one good original transistor behaves strange measured with a multimeter, not like a darlington ,not like a normal npn or pnp regulat tranzistor, not like a FET wit N or P gate I do not know what else could be. and do not want to throw awey several ECU's that I have with this problem.

back with bad news.HGT1S20N36G3VL apparently is the same with 20CL36 which I recovered from an sirius 32 ECU (renault) did not work.need any changes ,other components in addition to this transistor? if you say it works 100% How you did ? have tried this on that type of ECU ?
