Hello,
The changes I want is:





N239=Valve for intake manifold flap - remove
EGR N18 - Remove
Brake switch for start - remove, so you can start without pressing the brakepedal
Start/Stop function - Remove
Reprogram for manual gearbox.
Rev limiter 200rpm over max effect.
Tuning up to 80hk and torque 165Nm
The ECU must work without Cluster, Abs and automatic gearbox ecu, and NO DTC?s

An Audi A2 1.2TDI by the look of the ecu number. This project sounds very dangerous to me.

EGR, dtc`s can be done, but the start stop... therefor you will need to study very atentionly the damos; no idea.

80hp and rev limiter I think is no problem

do you mean the N75?


to run it without dash you should kill the immo that is not in the flash; it is in the eeprom.

Reprogram for manual gearbox you can make with VCDS,also if you recode it maybe the start/stop function will be gone...you have to try it

Hello.
This engine and the ecu is the worst selection you could do for that plane project. It is an ANY engine from a lupo. This car is only available with the half-automatic gearbox.
It is not possible to recode to manual and all the other changes you want. It only has this single datablock.
Use a standard 1.4 tdi engine and use the ecu from a polo. This has a much better torque, weighs only 7 kg more and you can do all the changes you need in the software.
