Your 12a650 number is the hardware number...For better identifying ford software use the number with 12K532 inside , it's on the b post of car on label or near the vin in visteon dpc ecu , goto address 8000 in flash to see it..

For later dcu ford visteons look at addresses near 90000..

Example 9C11-12k532-AHG , newest (April 2012) soft for 140ps transit 2200
