I think that the immo is in the cut off valve into injection pump. Try to program with renault immo decoder or you must to broke the immo and to suplay it with ACC.

Your ecu is Delphi DCU3R, you can`t do immo off but can be done virgin ! And of course use emu !
You must cut the plastic case to extract the 95080/25080 flash, read it and post dump here to virgin for you.
Cut a square 20x20 mm according to picture :85/65 mm horiz. 20 mm vert. measured from edges.

Your dump virginised.
You cut wire 20 and write protect 25080/95080 ( by the way, 950808 and 25080 are the same thing, but AT25080 is marketing protected name from Atmel, other makers name it 95080 ...ST and so on ...) But easyer with emu.
If mihai_vyt has other opinion, i advise you should do as he says, he`s one of the best !

mihai has right ,.you make memory virgin and lock the memory so the ecu cannot write again .
if you make off steering not works.

And what if I just remove the chip ? will it work to remove immo ?

Try remove, it depends on the ecu sw version. For me didn`t work without flash, made only virgin and emu, all as original
It`s not a good solution to remove flash, that flash has some info insinde icluding immo but also other info engine needs them.
But it`s up to you, if if works with no flash, remove it and you tell us if client content ! ( no AC and servosteering for sure ! )
Maybe client content without AC and servo, who knows ?

the idea is, if I remove the chip will it work ? doesn't matter if no ac or power steering.. just wanna see it start. the numbers on the ECU are ****359818 and ****131940

I told you, must try. It depends on the software version ( not written on the case ), older versions work without flash, newer versions no ( because was too simple, everybody could extract the flash and start the engine )
So you must try, for me none worked without flash, very simple to virgin and i use emu when i cope with those ecus Delphy DCU3R.

Later edit :
If you want only see if it start the engine, virgin flash, put it back, cut 20 and the engine will start ONLY THE FIRST TIME !
You will see if it works, but only once, the second time it will NOT start again ! Protect the flash or emu for alwais starting.

I removed the chip, now the red light of the immo doesn't turn on.

The immo LED does nothing to do with the ecu ! The immo LED is lit by the UCBIC / UCH.
You virgin that flash and put it back, see if it goes on. Must start only first time as i said.

New chip, ST95080 or AT25080, programmed with the dump ( you have it, don`t you ? ) from the broken one.
No problem m8, don`t despair !
