------------------HI TAG TUTORIAL---------------

select a virgin key first, place in zedbull, click hi tag tab, then select read all pages.

If successfull, save TC (transponder config).

Take a used key, replace pcf7946/7 with new one.

Place key in zedbull, load your previously saved TC and then write each page in turn, ie W1, then W2 and so on.

If successfull, the box next to the page that you have written turns green, red if unsuccessfull.

After all pages written successfully, you have an 'as new' virgin key.

Simplezzz!!

Nazz: I think the chip at the blade end is a re-numbered 7941

I know ninja,i have done ren cards and keys, but i thought that you could do the same with id46 peugeout keys.
This one has 2 ics, one says K110 60950(16 legs) ,the other one is slightly bigger and on it says, 1058.20 R676702 Tn610020 3411200(20 legs) and theres not a seperate chip, this is combined as you know.

hi nazz, I havn't got round to working out the peugeot remotes yet, its on my list of things to do (very long list!) as they are damn expensive.
Rest assured, any findings will be posted here for all to endulge in:)

nazz, i repaired such remotes before, not exactly peugeot 307 but citroen C3 and others, similar.
K110 is actually Infineon ASK/FSK Transmitter and other IC don't know but must be renamed PCF, integrated transponder and keyless entry. PCF acts with coil.

This 20 dil ic meets in many remotes. Does someone know which PCF is it exactly?

Good stuff and info here,i have precoded vivaro, renault cards, saab cim remote, and simmilar with success, but not familiare with those ics.as i explained.

Im sure it must be a way of transfering a data from a virgin remote to a new ic,if it can be writen to.lets see.

If you have such new key read with say with zed bull on hitag2 and write this file in renewed key. I think so.

I read the new 307 combined key data with zbull hitag and saved it on the desktop, but i dont know how to write to the new ic, would hitag do it?, and also where to get them from,or maybe they have to be some sort of precoding, thats the problem.

We are going the right direction, guys, thnx

I didn't try nazz2 but follow my logics of knowledge. You must replace 20 dil ic with new one on 307 used remote. Does it have to be precoded or not I don't know but suppose that with written file from new virgin remote to used remote with blank chip will be precoded but only for Peugeot cars in this case.
Ninja123 have different case, separated transponder, suppose ID46, but also hitag2.
Would be good if you can share both .bin files. Thanks!

No problems, heres the file that i saved from a virgin 307(rectangular 2botton remote) can system.

Yes, that's precoded settings for this car i think, so remote will not be recognized if don't have such settings when you programm new remote to the car through obd2.
How do you programm new remote to the car, by dump or obd2?

I have similar chip maybe same from citroen c3 from 2007. I can read: NXP
1058.20
H510910
Tn607430
3411200

Package code is SOT339-1
Package name is SSOP20
http://www.nxp.com/documents/outline_drawing/sot339-1_po.pdf
It is probably PCF7941 but what suffix ???
Answers would know someone of NXP suppliers.

Nazz doesn't have to read again. From config file .htg you can see that is PCF7941.
7946 & 7947 are bigger and have 14 legs

Ninja, if you put peug307early in hitag2 ZB v7.0.1 software you can see pcf type. One question, did you help vectra c file?
I wonder what's nazz doing...

What u mean?''did i help vectra c file''

Dont try startin a row with me mate, I think a translator should sort you out - or expalain yourself.

ps, and I know how many legs what chips have :), I only asked for a file to get a customer out the sh!t, if I had a virgin key I wouldn't have started this thread...

You've got vectraC dump from gokey. Did it help you I only wanted to ask you.
As concern legs, if you can't identify ic you can try over the package name or code, for peugeot 307 in nazz2 case it is probably SSOP20 7941.
Sorry for my english if I insulted you.

Hi Gokey

Thx for the upload
when i extract the file is 57 bytes.... hitag say its to large needs a 48 byte file

Does it make a difference if its a .HTG file or a .BIN file

Thx
