I have GQ-4X programmer, I can't write in am29f200bb flash, the programmer can't detect device ID also, but can read. Someone can help me?

make sure you erase full flash befor you write also make sure you have right jumper set on for 29F

Must verify the settings of your programmer and of course the contacts in the socket of the flash, it always needs to detect device ID . If you to succeded to read device ID, you should to read - write 29f200 perfectly.

After cleaning many times, can detect device ID, but when try to write stopped at 6%

Bad contacts in the socket, this is for sure.
That`s why i prefer to use soldering type adapter. A little time-consuming soldering - desoldering on the adapter but never bad contacts and avoided problems like yours .

alfabit it right ... for shure bad contacs.

Had the same problem with GQ-4X ... when I tried to write 29F200BB ... and they were bad contacts, and I could read it just fine... and the device was not identified as you mentioned.
