when you enter code, disconnect all cables from NAVI to programator or carprog

hi can any professional of you give me the file of a rcd 310 white lcd display & code plzzzzz? i bought a rcd310 white lcd display without code but when i took it to a technician for decoding i thing he setup a normal rcd310 file so i have a terrible screen quality now.
