If you have a problem with 5V supply line than your problem is LM5575 for sure!

I had the same problem here, changed L2 100mH the blue led returned to work, but the diagnosis by K line does not work , only diagnosis by CAN.
anyone had this same problem and pde give me any tips?

If K line does not work, check Z diodes (white circle) on picture!

I have tested diodes Z3 and Z4, are not damaged, but with 13.8Vcc applied to pins 4,5 and 16 obd2 connector on both diodes have 12.93Vcc.
is this correct?
you know the values of these diodes?

Can anybody help me my diagun has just given up , boots up to the launch screen and doesnt go any further. is this a software problem?

Can you make a pics please.
I suppose that you have a PDA hardwear issues.
If the PDA Windows don't boot up, I mean it start booting but after few moment it stop you need a ROM to change.
But this ROM must be flashed.
Well make some pics to see if it is what I'm thinking about

I have an Issue with the unit not seeing the Memory Card, but see`s it in the storage device, and all data looks to be there, click bluetooth icon says Check Memory card?? any ideas?

I did same as you told in your previous post, Feeding Smart box by 12V on bench, lanch Audi test all systems, and I got 4.97 V on both D3 and D8, but no Pulse of 12V in Z3 and Z4; only 0 V;
WHat should be done in this case ?

On negative contact diode alway 5V.
On positive contact diode D3 and D8 =0V-when test Audi.
On another diods positive contact =5V.If no-see key SN7402.

Hi everyone I have been reading lots about diagun and how to fix faulty k line coms.

My diagun has no k line coms I have tested all the points above and z diodes seem ok my LEDs flash as they should and I get comms with smart box just fail when I connect to control module. I think my problem lies with relay D8 or D3 not switching. I hear the clicks but after that it says check ignition SW on etc.

Any help would be great

Just update my smartbox from 5.5 to 6.3 as above but still no k line?

Give 12V in smartbox. In Diagun- Audi,System Search,All System -Search.
Measure the voltage relay D8 and D3.
If no 0V -change SN74HC07 from relay where 5V.
If 0V -measure the voltage on Z4,Z3,pin 7 OBDII.
When in Diagun- Audi,System Search,All System -Search
on Z4,Z3,pin 7 OBDII-voltage will change from 0V to 12V.
