Hi,

I've got the mpps v12 clone. Today i wanted to test it on a BMW 5 series 2.0D over obd. But there is no connection to ecu? Ignition On of course...

Is there a trick? Does it work only on table?

What is the year of car, via OBD or BMW diagnostic connector ?
Make few from 2000, and work good with v5 MPPS&Galetto.

that is not DDE3, more like 6. EDC16CP31 or 35

choose that option in MPPS and make sure voltage is over 14

ok, i will try in a few days, thanks for help!

But why there is no 2.0D EDC16 option, only 2.5D-3.5D EDC16 option?

I also have problems with read by MPPS CNsse V5 or else no matter. "ECU not Found" but Voltage is stable reading. I analyze a problem and find that chinesse guys make OBD2 conector with shoter pins than standart. I just make little bit shorter a frame of conector and most of cars now are found. That is my solution. DDE6 also do via OBD. X5 (E70)

I done one (yr 2000 e46 dde3 136hp) the other day with mpps v12 via obd.. both read and write worked fine. The 32k is a partial read, didn't try a full read.
