can someone help me I bought xprog clon and get this TMS 374 ON board programming adapter Rev A 2005.05.11

If I understand your problem correctly!. The adapter board was cloned badly, the foot print is not perfectly aligned to the chip pins. From my photos forget the four pads on the left side, completely removing them off with a sharp knife. Now without needing to care the alignment on the left if you try to put the chip on the board again, will see that the chip pins align more perfectly onto the remaining three sides. To fix the problem of missing the four pads now you may find something from the second image. I made twin tiny holes on PCB for each pin connection, the holes are for to fix the tiny wires firmly to the PCB for repeated usages. Use the same wires cross soldering from these points to the correct MCU pins on each use. You may use some other method instead anyway. Hope this helps.
