Clio Sagem Speedo Calibration

Got a Clio 02 Sagem, which shows 38 mph when you are actuall doing 30 mph.
I there any way of calibrating it ?
I changed the speedo on this from an identical vehicle and adjusted the odometer to what the original one was.

:wavey:comon fault on this car needles on wrong set them manualy it should look to low but ok when pluged back in
