Mazda 3 , 2004j. 1.6 DIZ - not start.

DASH YSN 4T BN9J A EEPROM 93C56SA
PCM BOSCH 0 281 011 534 EDC16C3-9 EEPROM 95160

8F 92 B1 - KEY 1
8F 94 14 - KEY 2

P1603 DTC from IMMO(DASH)
U2510 DTC from PCM

DUMP`s in attach , wher is problem how to fix ???
HELP PLEAS . (Thank in advance for any help.)

dash not communicate with pcm , one of the two is bad ,

most times its the pcm , if its the one on top of the engine black box .
