SIMPLE SOLUTION
go to
C: Program Files \ Diagnostics Toyota \ Techstream \ Env \
open wiyh notepad IT3System.ini
change the value of TISFunction = 1 to 0,
all will be ok tested
so that the program did not meet the TIS
good luck

no, but I do have a 4th quarter calibration cd, you go to

c:program files/techstream/calibration update wizard/ cuw.exe

its the stand alone calibration program you can then select the calibration you need and program using a j2534 box or mongoose.
