for egr-off is not right set only two bytes.

after write the last file the flash light go off,but after 100km the light come again and the error was EGR :? any reconmendations?

Keep in mind, that there is flash counter - 16 times. Beware!

Is this the solution? Does this mean hysterisys maps are untouched and values after these are flattened? Or do you flatten (set to 0) both 16 X 1 and values after these maps?

I can see you're struggling with this one. If an egr is damaged electrically or stuck open, or still leaks the same gas to the engine, there will always be error after using the above solutions, aka hysteresis map solutions.

If you want 100% tested solution, PM me. I will need exact dtc number or numbers that pop up.
