Carprog. Pictures & Schemes ?????

Hi to all.
Just wonder if any other Carprog user (original) could tell me where to find in software related pictures or schemes.
I mean, I open my software, go to dashboard items, select Peugeot, then 307, and then I have three options to choose, by example, dash jaeger, dash jc, and bsi, but......whatever I choose, software does not display any picture or scheme related to it, eeprom, cristal, mcu, etc. Nothing is shown !!!

I try bikes, I choose honda 600 cbr, tells me its an 93c56, and thats it, if you click on it, nothing is shown!!
Should not be displayed at least a picture of board, maybe with eeprom location, cristal maybe to shorcut, mcu and points to solder or to lift, etc ?????

I have emailed support, but they keep on sending me to the manuals available on support, but there is by example nothing related to dashboards programming.

Does it only happens to me?? or is it simple like that ???

I use my carprog by the cable number
After you choose 307 dash, you'll see written Cable A4
That is smd 8 pin soic

So we are just told which cable to use.
I thoght that like others "programmers" we get some kind of info, just a little picture of the board we are working on, or eeprom location, or points to solder.
I see many, many brands, models, and no info at all.
And I see a few with that kind of info.
Some kind of lack for a product like this.

Carprog dont have many info how to do things
I have Carprog more then 3 years ,and I still have problem with info

ex: I have Audi navigation 2D plus, A6 1999year
on Carprog , have 12 diferent options, but not have info how to do this
have some P NR ,and BP...what is what...who knows?

ex: Airbag Mercedes w203...have first options on OBD,
then in info , write must take out and make boot mode,
then use software, its come another pictures

very very strange..I never do any airbags with this Carprog
I am very disaimpoint about this

...today i did a Berlingo with the carprog
dash and bsi

ondesk all ok - carprog confirmed new milage

in the car: mileage did jump to old value and central locking was not working anymore.
I did read out eeprom again and checked : carprog wrote a lot of sh....t inside , did changes everywhere in the bin.

For Airbag it?s 85% working but for milage forgett it
