Carminat Renault Problem

I have a radio Renault Carminat ref. 8200 487 884 in my Renault Megane 2007 to update the GPS was a power failure and was updated in the middle. Now when you turn on the radio does nothing and the screen is black. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Have you tried to disconect battery, and put the two cables together, and then connect battery again, and then restart. I don?t know if this will help, but it is easy and don?t cost anything.
