security access on edc16 tdi ecu

hi,
does somebody have thos probleme before ?
a customer have prog is tourareg R5 tdi with a file protected by ecusafe,now we can not read or prog this ECU .
seems like security access,wa have error 3235 with genius .

the file is not protected by ecusafe,
but it was protected by the tuner (no read)
your customer had flashed a file protected with no read patch
so it's normal that now he can't read the flash

Should still be able to programme via obd even if current file has NOREAD.

After protect by noread you can write fw but not read...
