Hello,

I have a problem with Ford Focus 2003 1.8 TDDI, When engine is cold can not start for first time, only a second or third.
Mounted a new glow plugs
I checked the battery and try another battery, but is not this.
I checked starter on car and without the car is ok.

Maybe someone have solution for increase fuel delivery, like in VW ?

I have IDS.

Fords need a compresionn at least 25:1 to star cold
grab your gauge and tell us the measurments

Compression test at first, but you should also check for any leaks in fuel lines.

Check all the hoses man. I've had one of these and it was a broken air pipe.
