I chose the DS708 last year. My opinion, the project develops DS708 more dynamic than Diagun. But it still lags behind in covering the cars. At the same time it have superior functionality in separate car brands.

Do you have both of them if make comparation?
Sorry I have a Lauch Diagun and I can compair it just with similira tools I have: TEXXA and KTS
If you have both of them you can compair item otherwise you cannot.
In my opinion the multimark tools are similar then you have to search a lot and you'll see in the and that it is your choice because we need to work with this tool a while or to see it to a friends.
This is the best I suppose.
Launch it is good and have many updates but you need a good supplier who can give you this updates periodically. ( all said that can but they cannot )
BraiBee, Carman, Texxa, Bosch KTS are good tools
And in back up ( when you earn more money ) it is better to have OEM ( clones ) tools. This becasue the multibrand tools will never cover all the OEM functions.

I have one from Autel Maxidas DS708 China Fault Code Reader on Sale (http://www.uobd2.com/wholesale/autel-maxidas-ds708.html)

so far it works good, works with most car brands I need.

first look for me it very powerfull tool,
before i have diagun i dont like useing complicating.

Dear, the DS708 and X431 Diagun has mostly same functions.
However, the DS708 is much experensive than x431 diagun.
But, from some fields, the ds708 is used few in Russia.
so, it maybe the tendency in the future.:eviltongue:

Hi m8s.Yes,I have this device a couple of years and I must say that this is a pretty good device,a lot of advanced functions in most vehicles.I can give an example;I coded Bosch injectors in Renault Megane/Scenic with Launch Diagun,while Bosch KTS could not have done,next;On Renault Megane II can make configuration in engine ecu,abs,airbag module,... like Renault Clip.On PSA group many advanced functions,On MB and BMW work OK and,...VAG group work best.Chinese,Japanese and Korean cars ultimate.Update for Launch devices not problem anymore.Our friend Sergei showed me how to do it.For now I choose Launch Diagun or another expensive Launch devices.Best regards,mobiltronic.
