Dump not worked for me, it says:

240 Internal control unit failure
and also lot of errors related to a crash....

I have comparing both dumps, and only thing you changed is in:

0090 The first fou make it FF FF ..........
Only these change not only not erase the 240 error memory, but even takes another new fault codes.

Have we a functional working dump ?????

Thanks to DF FORUM for help

You seem to Know what are you saying......before making changes in this 2 only fields..only one dtc is showed...if I modify this fields.other ones are showed.....

Will be my file corrupted'????
Are there other "fields" to make FFFF so we can remove all dtcs..????

Could be my srs unit defective???? I have read someone saying that when this error appears.....must write new dump, take it on in car and off, then read again....user says if dump is again modified...then unit is defective....

In my unit dump is the same before and after connecting in car.

Really thanks for help to all....I need a bit of luck to find a good working dump for this unit.

Hi this 3 files have test it, I have in a database of supossed good dumps.....no one of this worked for me....

I think I really have to look for another ecu, I have programmed several times and no luck.......therefore...pin reset that I must lift will broke if I am all the time lifting to test files.

Usualy I erase filelds from 0x30-0x40 and 0x90-0x10F and workig well, tested with many bmw sensors with hc12d60.

These units are common to fail. All it needs to be done is to get right dump file. Problem is that it is not possible to reflash module with Winkfp or ISTA and there is so much different versions of SW and HW and its really hard to find suitable dump.

Here is link from same problem but it was solved. Also explained why this problem appears. https://rustylog.wordpress.com/2013/05/10/bmw-mrsz-internal-ecu-error-fix/
