BMW ISN

Hi all,

i just got my BMW ISN software which they sold to me without the USB/OBD2 INTERFACE.

Distributor said the software will work with any any of the bmw K + DCAN INTERFACE USE FOR INPA.

I have tried two different laptop and two different cable and the software not seeing the USB/OBD2 INTERFACE.

Currently, i have no support for the tool.

i sent several mails and no reply from support@bmw-explorer.ru

it really sucks to buy a tool and no good support.

unfortunate for me i paid them via western union, so i can open any case against them.

I will appreciate your help.

hi , you can use a serial inpa cable or use what you have but you must instal driver for your cable .

did you get the dongle with the software?

so all you need now is the cable .

please note that they said no cable was included in this package , look athe site and you will see the small writing .
