View Full Version : VOLVO FH16 660hp replacing clutch bearing

Hi guys,

I am an engineer and one of my clients (owner of a Volvo FH16, 660hp, automatic gearbox, 2008 model) wants from me to replace-repair the clutch bearing. As I have seen in VCADS, after the repair, my only option for callibrating the clutch is connecting to Central Systems. I have the M333422 crack installed so this is not an option for me.
Is there any other way-trick to do this work?

I only calibration of my entral system with original equipment of one friend of me..


i dont sure if existen other way.

I am already using this programm. Is this version something special? Does it has differences from the other PTT1.12??
As I wrote at the beginning of this thread, the only option PTT1.12 gives me is connecting to central system.
Did you understand my problem?

Finally I have installed it (I was delayed by some issues with hardware).
Although the development mode has some extra tests the callibration I want to do is the same in both versions (40070-3 - Transmission and Clutch, Calibration).
Now the question is how I can obtain a "Digipass generated Password". Should I ask directly to local Volvo?
