toyota 2zz-fe lift control

hi

guys is the any dump that could work on the toyota 2zz-fe that maybe adjust the lift control. the lift kicks in at 6500 rpm. i would like to drop it to 5500 rpm. with our having to install a performance chip.

jus curious incase it was possible. the problem with the runx rsi is that the aftermarket parts are way to expensive for so little power.

maybe using a apexi neo should control lift engage like vtec does on honda engine.
