bmw scanner 140

hello some one know how fix i have bmw scaner 140
from 2years good working nad few day it let me down
when i want to diagnos it say harware not found
after i try o unstall and install but nothing

Try this:
1. Open Regedit
Do This: Start => run => regedit => OK
2. Delete PaSoft registry
Do THis: Edit => find => search for PaSoft
Now delete PaSoft from the registry.
3. power interface with 12v or plug in to the car
4. start software BMWScan140.exe

i tested no work in my interfae i have just red light on green light is off
