Need help Mercedes E class W210 edc15 ECU

Hi mates!
I have problems with ecu adaptation on this mercedes.
Problem was faulty EIS .I have EIS with key from another car,
i made steering locking virgin then put working EIS with key and now ignition OK , steering locking OK ,but when i try to adapt ECU with STAR cant make personalisation.
i made 95P08 from ecu virgin with immokiller and also try another soft like data manager.same story.Replacing ecu procedure runs ok until Personalisation messege came and it says " personalisation is not made"

i thing not , one number different.
i know some of them had different ROM in MCU.
is it some better way to make ecu virgin than immokiller?

changing car vin not help.anyway the vin of the car is the correct one.
