I try but cant read with my programmer.
The eeprom is:
LC46
643

I try with: 93LC46(8bit), 93LC46A(8bit),93LC46(16bit), HT93LC46(8bit) and HT93LC46(16bit)
Another ideas?

may be eeprom rotated.

perhaps there are memory is rotated. check the power-supply on a chip (in the normal location of +5 to 8 pin, the ground 5 pin, in the rotated +5V - 2, ground on 7 pin)
chip 93lc46 16bit.

Or try to read outside of the mainboard.

"Successfully" read eeprom and save in bin file, but i make mistake and erase the eeprom. When i try to write bin file on it there is error with verifying. Readed file is incorrect.
After that i successfully write and reread with another configuration of programmer.
Now i'm looking for correct bin for this device. MCU is D17010GF638.

When i write my incorrect file i succsessfuly input the lock code but volume control is't work some ideas? :)

This is counter. If you dont like wait, please try to write 00 30 instead 0C 00... sorry, I dont remember if 00 30 or 30 00 reset counter... Edit: 00 30 is no-code!

I try it and its workings! Thank you!
But i didnt unterstand counter for what?
Now unit is working but there is no amp. inside :) (i didn't know) Now i'm lookng for diagram to convert it to device with internal amp :)

Can somebody tell me what is amp ICs? Thay must be in 18pin socket (onboard numbers: IC570 and IC370)

I think this unit needs an external original amplifier. Infinity system may require an amp to power it. Look under passenger seat!
- Infinity head unit (MR225577)
- Infinity amp (MR158402)
- 2 Infinity dash speakers (MR751693)
- 2 Infinity door speakers (MB954761)
- 2 Infinity rear speakers (MB954762)

Yes i agree but i think that i can upgrade to unit with internal amp :) there is free space for amp ICs in 18pin dip
i know that
-18 and 11 pin is +
-17,15 and 14,12 is spreakers outputs
all pins are in one line like STK4122

Maybe 2X LA4708... like in other mitsubishi radios...

counts how many times you make a mistake while entering a code. after a certain number of errors the radio is locked and need service (our work @ dump). Anti-theft system

Thanks again.

You need some capacitive filters... look board closer and populate! Use datasheet and pay attention at test circuit.

Argento7 (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/members/72569-argento7/), can you send me datasheet for some other audio player for mitsubishi with LA4708, because i can't find best value for filters elements. Thanks
