Looks bloody expensive for something that can only do serial eeproms.

USB SPI FLASH EEPROM PROGRAMMER STANDARD BIOS FLASHER | eBay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-SPI-FLASH-EEPROM-PROGRAMMER-STANDARD-BIOS-FLASHER-/220955679622?pt=UK_Consumer_Professional_RL&hash=item3371fc1b86#ht_1618wt_1398)

I think you would be better off buying a pcmcia>parallel converter, seeprog (http://www.elnec.com/products/specialized-programmers/seeprog/) and a test clip (http://www.tek-tronics.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=37&products_id=53). I have seeprog and it is an excellent programmer.

Once you have brought all the leads for the different eeprom familys the programmer you are looking at works out very expensive.

You cannot clip onto most eeproms, they need to be removed. Even good quality clips wear out and don't last too long anyway.

Sod clips. Most are shite that have too strong pressure anyway and end up popping off. As you re required to hold the thing in place anyway just buy the push on spring loaded type. Worth the extra and dont wear out and youll have fewer problems accessing the eep if theres another component soldered beside it.
