Actia PassThru + XS +tis techsream

Hi,I've bought a chineese Actia PassThru + XS and it's working perfectly with multidiag.The problem is i can not use it 100% with tis techstream.I've tried 5.10 ;6.00.20 and now 7.00.020 and it is always the same-tis connects to the car and reads dtc but when try to read live data-always get an error-lost communucation with vehicle.It is the same when trying an active tests or monitor
If somebody is familiar with this please help

i solved the problem changing the hardware-it was with guarantee,i guess they tried to repair with no success

I have same probleme,i dont can find the bug,i change PC and hardware ,is run 1 week than crash and at this time all ACTIA make key error !
