Need help with Mercedes immo (EIS)

Hallo.
I have a mercedes with lost keys.
I want to read the dump for immo, can someone tell me wich chip i need to read key data from and is it possible to read it with xprog in circuit? I have some pictures of xprog in circuit but not mine.

I think one chip is a motorola MC68HC08AZ60, Mask 1j35d
and the other one i think is a
motorola MC68HC908AZ60 mask 4j74y.

So my question is
1 what chip do I need to read the key data from?
2 is it possible to read it in circuit with the xprogrammer?

Please I hope someone can help me on the right path :-)
