Or you can make to glow plugs run at hot engine this helps when is engine is not so gut

ALL of you are right. BUT this thing can still be solved with a software mod. The main problem is compresion, the second is injjectors, and the third is the fuel pump. All these things can be compensated with a software....(in terms IF you want to sell the car) Regards
