I have been seen at this post.
I just need confirmation that code is in am29f400 before desolder it.
I don't think that code is in EEPROM only counter.

Code in flash. But there is not one flash IC inside. :D
And even you will get it, it encrypted well, so forget it.
And better leave radio untouched, because if it gonna die,
you are unable to make it alive again.

After change code is necessary to calculate checksum. So try it. :)

flash = s29gl128 = 56 pin

in my Version there is 3 flashes:
S29GL032 TSOP48
S29AL016 TSOP48
AM29..... TSOP48

There is no flash 56pin
