Strange problem with 206+ SW

I have a problem I can not solve on a 206 + SW, suddenly stopped working air conditioning, opening rear gate and interior light.
Try to run the compressor A/C with PPS but is blocked, the BSI has apparently blocked the power output of the compressor, interior light, rear gate.
I virginized the BSI and load it all again with PPS but air conditioning is not working.
Is possible to unlock the BSI?

In Citroen C3, it also happens, but is solved by pulling back the lever of high light and wipers and turning the key to acc, after a few seconds, a beep horn unlocks the power output of the BSI and everything returns to function.
Try the same with 206 + but does not work
