I think your dump is corrupt. You should short xtal on this cluster.
Here attached is dump made by UPA. If you are using other programmer, you might need to do byte swap.

Glad it worked out for you... Did you not copy also mileage in C0h and D0h? 80h and 90h are code for km, whilst the other one is for miles.

Anyway, maybe you were doing an older cluster with only km...
