why it's happen for me?

hi guys
i have a mistery that i don't find an answer for it
the 1st time,i want to read 93c66 from UCH of dacia logane 1.4 MPI ,in UPAusb i get a dump with only 00 and it was impossible to programme the chip,with upausb or with xprogm or with willem
then,2nd time,i want to read 93C66 from UCH dacia solanza 1.9D,and same think,i had make attention when i desoldred it to put the hot air on pin only and not on all the chip to not destroy it but !!!
why it's happen only for me,i searched in the forum and i founded many people had secces to read this chip from the same UCH without probleme
why not me,where is my mistake?!

try to clean the pins. this type of uch have a glue up of the chip.

i agree two , if you use eeprom adapter you have to clean ic from glue .

i don't think that it's glue probleme becose in the 2 cases ,after i resolder the 93c66 and i make diagnostic with T300,i find that the immo is virgin(no code key) and i can give to the UCH any pin code and it accept it(the first pin code become the new pin code for UCH)
