XPROG M problem read Marelli MPC555

i have problem for read marelli mjt MPC555
xprog read of 10% and after block
i reduce latensy (1ms)by usb and i connect xprog by rs232 -----
why this error??

I have original XprogM and often I have problem with reading MPC or ST10F, usually problems can be solved with the help of: 1. Good power source.
2. Short wirings between programmer&ECU
3. Another USB wire
4. the lack of flash drives or other devices in the neighboring ports of USB Programmer.
