04 civic has a MCU TMS320. you dont need to clear nothing.

you need this

Honda/Acura SRS Scan and Reset Tool. there's more threads on DK, read on...

Is there any other options. i dont have the car only the module

you can do it on the bench,research,use google ,if that doesn't work you can always use the hammer :)

U wrong m8, some mods are with 24c01 inside, not tms320

Looks wired... the last row shouldn't be there...
