My vectra c 2.2dti has an annoying wobble between 40 and 50. I don't mean the steering wheel shaking I mean the whole car seems to wobble side to side between them speeds.
I've had both front wheels balanced and am going to get the tracking done after I've changed a inner cv boot, is there anything else other than the tracking that may cause this?

Have known wishbone rear bush wear to cause that on a vectrat before, but think your best option is to get up in the air and get busy the crow bar and check every bush bearing and shocker.

Make sure the REAR tyres are round and not deformed

Or, it could be one of your rear wheel rim is damaged or, out of balance..................

Check in the boot make sure you haven't got a fat bird rolling around in there, she'd make it wobble

Sounds daft but also worth an idiot check of the wheelnuts. I left some loose on a racecar once, symptoms were wobble at high speed, being overtaken under braking by a wheel and a long wait for the driver at the marhals post.

Driver was very competent, me not so much. But, hey, no one died and it was a good LOL and we saved lots of wear on the engine and other components.
Plus he'd paid for the drive, so in true MHM style - we have your money now ~~~~ orf!
